How long does shipping take? 2-7 working days depending on your location, starting from the next business day after dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, on all orders above INR 3,500. For orders below, shipping charges apply based on location.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp at the end of the business day. You can then track real-time updates.

Is COD available? Yes, in select locations: Pune and Surat. We're expanding availability soon.

What payment methods do you accept? Currently: UPI and Cash on Delivery (select locations)

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product? Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product has a manufacturing defect or you received an incorrect item.

What condition must the product be in? The product must be unused and in original condition with original packaging.

How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 5 working days after verification and receipt of the returned item.

Do you offer exchanges? Yes, for manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. Exchanges follow the same 7-day window and verification process.
